The Pittsfield Suns outdone by Gregoire and the Bristol Blues, 6-2

Frankie Gregoire went 1-4 as the Bristol Blues took home a 6-2 victory over the Pittsfield Suns at Muzzy Field on Friday.
He tripled in the third inning.
John Arel's eight strikeouts helped the Bristol Blues to the victory. Arel allowed one earned run on three hits and one walk over five innings.
Eric Hamilton paced the Pittsfield Suns at the plate. Hamilton went 3-4 and scored two runs. He doubled in the fourth inning and singled in the second and sixth innings.
Austin Hanson pitched lights out for the Pittsfield Suns. Hanson held the Bristol Blues hitless over one inning, allowed no earned runs, walked none and struck out three.
R.J. Hall was charged with his first loss of the year. He allowed six runs in five innings, walked two and struck out six.
